We provide concrete driveways, patios, pathways, house floors and commercial floors. Any quote or scope of work is based on the information available at the time and may change if site conditions or project requirements differ.
Quotes
Quotes are valid for How many days should your quotes stay valid for? 14 and 30 are the usual — just tell us which. unless otherwise stated. A quote may be adjusted if the scope changes, additional work is required, or unforeseen conditions are found.
Bookings and Payment
Do you take a deposit before starting? If so, how much? When is final payment due, how do you like to be paid, and do you charge anything on late payments?
Cancellations and Rescheduling
How much notice do you need if someone cancels or reschedules, and do you charge a fee for late cancellations?
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property, accurate project information, and any approvals or consents required for the work.
Workmanship and Guarantees
We take pride in our workmanship. Do you offer a guarantee on your workmanship, and for how long? Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the value of the services provided, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
